Couch to 5K: Back At It Again
A long time ago (in a galaxy far, far away), I used to run. Well, I hesitate to call it running. More like lumbering down the street like a drunk giant with two left feet.
Whatever.
For whatever reason—laziness— I gave up the couch to 5k program six weeks in. I’ve been meaning to start it back up, but with everything going on with my mom, it was easy enough to find an assortment of excuses to keep putting it off.
I started back up today.
For those of you who don’t know, the Couch to 5K program is a run/walk interval program designed to ease you into running. A few years back, I managed to make it through the whole program and had gotten to the point of running 5 miles, something I never dreamed of being able to do.

I have a long way to go, but I’m going to finish it this time.
